Before the release of "Bholaa Shankar," Chiranjeevi had informed the media that his next film would be produced by his daughter, Sushmita.
He even posted this news on social media. However, on the occasion of his birthday on Tuesday (August 22), another film was announced.
The director of "Bimbisara," Vasishta, will helm this film, which will be produced by UV Creations.
As a result, his daughter's film has been temporarily shelved, although the filming schedule itself will not be delayed. It is expected to commence in November or December.
Kalyan Krishna has been entrusted with the directorial duties for this project. The script is currently being rewritten following the disappointing performance of "Bholaa Shankar."
Reportedly, Chiranjeevi has advised Kalyan Krishna to minimize the inclusion of "romantic scenes" in the film, which is why production has been put on hold for the time being.
