Biggies Stay Out, Small Films Lock Dussera

Biggies Stay Out, Small Films Lock Dussera

Although director Rajamouli has not announced the postponement of “RRR” officially, everyone in the Telugu film industry knows that the film is pushed to the next year.

It is also pretty clear that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Acharya” is not aiming for the Dussera release.

With big movies staying out of Dussera 2021 season, medium-range and small films are rushing to lock the dates.

Dil Raju is set to release his nephew Ashish's debut movie “Rowdy Boys” for the festival.

Director Krish announced his release plans of “Konda Polam”. The film starring Vaisshnav Tej and Rakul Preet Singh will hit the screens on 8th October.

The Dussera holiday period begins in the first week of October.

Producer Bunny Vaas is said to be planning to release the much-delayed “Most Eligible Bachelor” for the Dussera festival if Balakrishna’s “Akhanda” is not in the race.

A couple of other small movies will announce their dates for the festival.
