Bheemla Nayak: Will AP Govt Remain Silent?

The Telangana government has already permitted all movies to use flexible rates up to Rs 295 in multiplexes.

The government is also allowing the fifth show in all single-screen theaters for “Bheemla Nayak”. The permission has been granted.

KTR, the IT Minister of Telangana, and cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav are the main guests for the “Bheemla Nayak” event. No wonder the movie also got fifth show permission.

But in Andhra Pradesh, the film will be screened at regular ticket prices. Benefit shows and extra shows are not permitted for any film.

The government is yet to announce the hiked ticket rates in the state. Only after the completion of the first week of “Bheemla Nayak”, the new G.O may come.

For Sankranthi movies and other biggies like “Pushpa”, the theater owners in the state sold tickets for the uniform rate of Rs 100 in all places. The government didn’t take any action either.

But will the authorities remain silent for “Bheemla Nayak”?
