Bad Theatres For Balakrishna's Film?

Bad Theatres For Balakrishna's Film?

The three films that are coming for this Sankranti are Veera Simha Reddy, Waltair Veerayya and Varasudu.

When asked which film is getting fewer theatres out of these three, we are told that it is Balakrishna's film.

Mega Star's Waltair Veerayya is coming up in a big manner. Dil Raju, the producer of Varasudu is also releasing his film on a grand scale being an exhibitor as well.

In Vizag, Varasudu was given 6 theatres, Waltair Veerayya got 4 and Veera Simha Reddy was allocated only two theatres. Above that all prime theatres are going to be occupied by Varasudu.

Producers' Council has come into the scene at this juncture. It has written an open letter to all the exhibitors to give more theatres to straight films than for a dubbed film. But it is of no use.

Already Dil Raju has silently got all the agreements done with theatres. Now writing a  letter is of no use. The Producer's Council is too late for this move.

Moreover, the Producers' Council can show no authority on film theatres. So, the letter need not be taken seriously. Council's letter is only for namesake and is of no value or use.

We have to see if the elders in the film industry negotiate with Dil Raju or succumb to his power and adjust with whatever be the theatres in hand.
