It is known that producer Naga Vamshi recently announced a project featuring Trivikram and NTR.
Interestingly, this project is reportedly the same one Trivikram had originally planned with Allu Arjun. However, as Allu Arjun moved on with Atlee's film, Trivikram locked NTR for it instead.
In what appears to be a strategic counter, a leak has emerged from Allu Arjun's camp suggesting that his next film after Atlee’s will be Shaktimaan, a superhero film directed by Malayalam filmmaker Basil Joseph.
However, this raises questions. Allu Arjun is expected to move on to Pushpa 3 after Atlee’s film — his most successful franchise. Why would he postpone it?
Shaktimaan, originally portrayed by Mukesh Khanna as a TV serial long ago, has limited potential to appeal to mass audiences in today’s times.
Moreover, it’s common practice among top stars, including Allu Arjun, to keep directors — especially top or upcoming ones — waiting. They rarely say “no” outright, instead offering vague confirmations to keep directors from going to other heroes.
Insiders suggest Shaktimaan may never happen. It’s likely just a PR stunt to counter the buzz around the NTR-Trivikram collaboration.
