Veteran actress and sitting MP Hema Malini has sold two of her apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Oshiwara locality for a combined ₹12.50 crore, according to property registration documents filed in August 2025.
Both apartments are in the Oberoi Springs complex, Andheri West - a prime residential hub known for its luxury housing and strong connectivity.
Each unit measures 847 sq ft of carpet area (around 79 sq m) and a built-up area of 94.46 sq m (about 1,017 sq ft).
The registration records show that each flat was sold for ₹6.25 crore, inclusive of a car parking space. For each transaction, ₹31.25 lakh was paid as stamp duty, along with ₹30,000 in registration fees.
Andheri West continues to rank among Mumbai’s most desirable neighborhoods, offering proximity to the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban railway, and the Versova–Ghatkopar Metro line.
Its mix of luxury towers, established societies, and a vibrant social scene has kept demand high among both buyers and investors.
Hema Malini, fondly remembered as Bollywood’s “Dream Girl”, dominated Hindi cinema in the 1970s and 1980s with her blockbuster hits.
Beyond films, she has made her mark as a dancer, director, and now politician. She currently represents Mathura as a Member of Parliament.
