Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar recently sold two residential apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali area for Rs 7.10 crore. These properties, located in Oberoi Sky City, were bought by the actor in 2017.
The deal earned him a massive profit of nearly 92 percent in just eight years.
The first apartment, measuring 1,101 sq ft, was sold for Rs 5.75 crore. Akshay had originally purchased it for Rs 3.02 crore. It also included two car parking spaces.
The sale involved a stamp duty of Rs 34.50 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
The second, smaller apartment with a 252 sq ft area, was sold for Rs 1.35 crore. This one was bought in 2017 for Rs 67.90 lakh. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 6.75 lakh and the same registration fee.
Earlier in March, Akshay had sold two other flats in the same area for Rs 6.60 crore. In April, he sold office space in Lower Parel for Rs 8 crore.
Meanwhile, the actor is busy with many upcoming films, including Hera Pheri 3 and Welcome To The Jungle.
