Legend gave a second lease of life for Jagapathi Babu in the film industry and he has been making the most of it. But as the saying goes: ‘once a hero, always a hero.’ Industry sources say that Jagapathi Babu is keen on playing a hero once again.
But where are the producers willing to cast him as a hero? Therefore, Jagapathi is keen on reviving his home production which was started by his father. Again, the problem is of finances.
HD Kumaraswamy had recently made the film Jaguar in which Jagapathi played an important character. Kumaraswamy had during the audio launch of Jaguar promised to make a movie with Jagapathi Babu.
Since then, the latter has been constantly in touch with Kumaraswamy to the point of pestering him for the project, say industry sources. And that is perfectly understandable! If Jagapathi wants to see himself as a hero on screen again, Kumaraswamy is the only option!
