We frequently come across episodes of heroes eloping with heroines in several films. But, it is a rarity that such scenes are enacted by film personalities themselves.
Young director Sriram Aditya, who made a debut with his film Bhale Manchi Roju did exactly the same.
The news of his eloping with a bride from the marriage hall has created ripples in the media. As we see in films, Sriram had been in love with this girl, but the producer had fixed her marriage with somebody else.
So, a day before the marriage, when the producer was making arrangements at the marriage hall, Sriram quietly entered the hall and took away the bride.
Such incidents do happen occasionally in the film industry. And let us hope both the sides come to a compromise before it becomes a big ruckus, because celebrities take all precautions to see that they do not get much publicity.
No police complaint has been filed as the girl’s parents didn’t want a scandal.
But somehow, the eloping drama got leaked to the media, because the producer has a lot of reputation and he had produced quite a few Telugu films with a superstar.
