T.A.T.A celebrates International Yoga Day

Yoga is a light, when once lit will never dim.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Telangana American Telugu Association (T.A.T.A) teamed up with Isha Foundation in Dallas where over 100 individuals gathered marking the eve.

The volunteers of Isha Foundation coordinated the event with T.A.T.A and explained the importance of Yoga, leading a healthy and disciplined life.

A brief video presentation was played on Sadguru where he explained the different facets of His foundation which includes Yoga and Inner Engineering among other topics.

Later Upa-Yoga was introduced to the individuals and those present did it with dedicated focus and passion.

The event was led by spiritual team national chair Gayatri Giri who coordinated the efforts between Isha Foundation and T.A.T.A.

Among those present were President for T.A.T.A Vikram Jangam, Executive Director Mahesh Adibhatla, Board of Director Chandra Police, Dallas Regional Vice-President Sunitha Tripuram, National Web Chair Rathna Vuppala, Dallas Cultural Coordinator Shanti Nuthi, Regional Coordinators Vandana Gouru and Thilak were present among others at the event.

The individuals felt highly contented and thanked the T.A.T.A organizers for introducing unique activities such as practicing Yoga which will immensely benefit the society.
