Slowly and steadily, “Pushpa” has amassed good revenue in the USA. Overcoming all negative factors, the Allu Arjun starrer came nearly close to achieving the break-even stage.
The film will have a decent run until the release of “RRR”. So, it can continue to collect.
As of now, it stands at the 15th position of all-time highest-grossing Telugu movies in North America.
Directed by Sukumar, “Pushpa The Rise” is the first part of the two-part series.
The film received mixed reviews, and word-of-mouth was also not strong. But Devi Sri Prasad’s songs, Allu Arjun’s commendable performance, and Sukumar’s execution of certain scenes (especially the first half) have made the audiences connect with it.
Plus, the long holiday period in the USA has helped the film to have a good run.
