As we know that recently USCIS published new changes to H-1B lottery process which will result in more number of H-1B petitions for those with master’s degree.

While this is good news for OPT students, with recent F1 Students Arrests based on enrollment in fake university, Unlawful presence rule that may subject up to 10-year bar and 90 day unemployment limit, students should be more cautious and plan their H-1B visa process well ahead of time.

Work needs to begin promptly to prepare H-1B filings that need to be submitted on April 1 to USCIS with full documentation.
