As to his remarks on not being allowed on campus, why should he be allowed in the first place? He is a student of JNU, not UoH. If you work for Infosys, will you be allowed into Wipro just because you are a software engineer?
Besides, this is a man who is facing charges of sedition not somebody who won the ‘Maths Olympiad’ or something.
The nuisance and mayhem resulting from the actions of this person on JNU campus is well-known. Therefore, the authorities are entirely justified in preventing him from causing further trouble.
