Ever since KCR started the T-agitation, it completely upset the political, power, caste and other equations in united Andhra Pradesh.
And when the T-agitation finally culminated in the formation of Telangana, a hegemony of Telanganism was expected at least in Hyderabad.
Following the bifurcation, who is it that is most powerful in either state? Chandrababu Naidu, YS Jagan or KCR? Neither!
KCR has emerged as a power center in Telangana and it is doubtful whether his party can survive beyond 2019.
Naidu and Jagan have been restricted to AP. So, who is it that is calling the shots in both the states? Only one man: Ramoji Rao!
So powerful is Ramoji Rao that ultimately, even the unthinkable recently happened when arch-rival YS Jagan paid him a visit at RFC. So did KCR whereas Naidu has always been subservient to Ramoji.
During the T-agitation, KCR was shouting like anything that he would seize Ramoji’s assets and distribute them among the public. But after becoming the CM, while KCR did take revenge on ABN, he had no choice but to visit RFC where he patched up with Ramoji and requested him for media support.
Ramoji, the land grabber overnight became a pride of Telangana for KCR. Need one say more as to who is the most powerful force in Telugu politics?
