RGV Back To His Maverick Punch Again!

RGV Back To His Maverick Punch Again!

Within a few hours of young director Madhura Sridhar Reddy announcing that he was going to make a political biopic on Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao with special focus on the Telangana movement, ace director Ram Gopal Varma came out with an announcement in his typical maverick style.

RGV tweeted that he was making a film on KCR and that its name would be RCK.

“It is the reverse of what one doesn’t know about KCR,” he said, apparently to take a pot shot at Madhura Sridhar, who wants to showcase the Telangana movement led by KCR which everybody knows.

RGV went on to say: “RCK will be about the actual KCR and it will show him in his reverse form which will be the most straightest ever (sic).”

It does mean KCR is not actually an ordinary and straight individual but “thala thikka manishi” (reverse character).

“RCK will be about KCR's mindness and not his outwardness. KCR has an inward-out-ness but my film RCK will highlight his outward-in-ness,” RGV said, the meaning of which is known, of course, only to him.

What is worse, this gentleman has come out with a strange description of KCR. “RCK will demonstrate the fact that KCR is Telangana's Bruce Lee mixed with Deepika Padukone's beauty and many political leaders’ non-beauty,” he said.

Any takers for this?
