Actor Akshaye Khanna has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Malabar Hill for ₹33.26 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The apartment has a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq ft, along with 175.45 sq ft of balcony space, taking the total area to 2,516.84 sq ft. The property also comes with three parking spaces.
The deal was registered in September 2026 and attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.99 crore, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.
Malabar Hill is one of South Mumbai’s most premium residential locations, known for luxury homes, sea-facing properties and proximity to key business districts such as Nariman Point and Fort.
Akshaye Khanna, son of veteran actor Vinod Khanna, has built a strong identity in Hindi cinema with films such as “Dil Chahta Hai”, “Race”, “Hulchul”, “Gandhi, My Father” and “Drishyam”.
He has also appeared in recent big-ticket films including “Chhaava” and “Dhurandhar”.
