Megastar craze in Japan: KTR surprised!

Everybody knows Tamil superstar Rajinikanth has a lot of craze among the people of Japan.

All his films, irrespective of whether they run successfully in India or not, will always be a big hit in Japan as they get dubbed into their language. The Japanese like the fights and crazy dances of Rajini very much.

Interestingly, even our own Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi has turned out be a big competitor for Rajini.

Not many people know that Chiranjeevi’s films also run to full houses in Japanese theatres. Particularly his dance numbers are said to be a big hit.

The craze among Japanese for Chiranjeevi attracted the attention of Telangana IT minister K T Rama Rao, who is presently on his Japan tour to attract investments to his state.

On Thursday, KTR went to an ancient Japanese town Hamamatsu of Shizuoka province and visited Suzuki museum. While going round the museum, he noticed a mural painting that depicted Indian culture.

The painting had depicted Indian god of Lord Ganesha, Taj Mahal and Mahatma Gandhi among others. But what attracted the attention of KTR was the big painting of Chiranjeevi and it was a pleasant surprise for him.

KTR immediately tweeted: "Had a tour of the Suzuki museum at Hamamatsu in Shizuoka prefecture. The tour was great but guess whose picture I get to see there? Our own Mega Star Chiranjeevi Garu. Felt nice to see someone from our motherland being recognised in a small town in Japan."

He posted a selfie along with the picture of the painting in which Chiranjeevi was visible.

Everybody knows KTR has a lot of interest in films and a large number of film buffs follow his tweets. Definitely, it is a happy news for Chiranjeevi fans.
