Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah on Wednesday asked the party cadre to work hard to expose the failures of TRS government in the State.
Ponnala accused the TRS Government of playing with the lives of students and youth.
He said that the non-clearance of fee reimbursement has put the careers of lakhs of students at stake. Similarly, the government has ignored the welfare of students, who played a key role in formation of Telangana State.
He said that the sacrifices made by students in statehood movement were not duly recognised by the government.
He asked the Congress workers to approach the people and expose the failures of government.
Ponnala advised the cadre to undertake intensive membership drive across the State. CLP leader in Legislative Council D Srinivas cautioned the Congress workers against enrolling anti-social elements. He said there should be no bogus members in the party.
