For some time now, there has been talk that Kodela Sivaprasada Rao has been trying to get the state government to hold assembly sessions near Tullur.
Well, while Chandra Babu hasn't directly refused the proposal, talk is that he is not very happy with the idea either.
Now, the idea as proposed by Kodela and other officials is to build temporary structures to hold Assembly sessions there. They have also been trying to convince the CM and others regarding the same.
But the catch here is that these temporary constructions will cost them nearly Rs 12 crores. And added to this, sessions there will mean facilities for MLAs attending Assembly and their transportation costs.
However, all this is going to prove costly for the Andhra Pradesh government that is crying hoarse about having big-time financial troubles.
So given this backdrop, questions are being raised about Kodela's dream project turning into a reality.
