Telangana Home Minister, Nayani Narasimha Reddy said that the ACB is in possession of an audio tape containing conversation between Chandrababu Naidu and MLA Elvis Stephenson.
“The entire episode was scripted and directed by Chandrababu Naidu. He has been an expert in such tactics since the days he was in the Congress,” said Narasimha Reddy during a press meet.
He however refused to divulge the contents of the tape.
“The ACB has preserved the voice records for evidence,” he said alleging that Naidu was the `main culprit' in the episode. Now this behavior on the part of the TRS government is highly baffling.
If there is irrefutable evidence against Naidu, then why was he not named in the FIR as accused number 1? Why was only Revanth Reddy arrested? Since, they claim to have evidence against Naidu, simply file a charge sheet against him and produce the evidence to the media and public. Period!
Why this secrecy? For the record, Nayani Narasimha Reddy was the very genius who said that the terrorist who killed the cops in Suryapet were dacoits even as the Centre and the media were giving irrefutable evidence contrary to his claim.
