These are not words spoken by Dr. Man Mohan Singh or an Abdul Kalam. These are words coming from the mouth of another doctor, Dr. Sujana Chowdary!
Yes, that's right, our very own industrialist- turned Telugu Desam MP, Sujana Chowdary and currently Union Minister of State for Science and Technology.
Chowdary was granted an honorary doctorate by a private engineering college in Guntur where he delivered the above words of wisdom.
Needless to say, the owner of the engineering college belongs to Chowdary’s caste. But what is painful to see is a system where a person who is listed as a loan defaulter to the tune of hundreds of crores, who has been ranked among the top 400 top bank loan defaulters by the ‘All India Bank Employees Association’ and a person who does not respect the ‘ruling’ of the Court of London, being honored today with an honorary doctorate, a Union Minister posting, recasting of his loans and what not! And the irony of it all?
This man addressing students and speaking on entrepreneurship and opportunities. What message will the students get given this man’s track record? That dishonesty pays?
