Telangana Chief Minister and TRS president K Chandrasekhara Rao seems to hoodwinking the people and diverting their attention from burning issues by organizing one function after the other.
While the TRS president successfully diverted the attention of people from issues like power crisis and farmers’ suicides by organizing festivals like Bathukamma, Bonalu etc, he is now trying to repeat the same by organizing the party’s plenary in a big way at Lal Bahadur Stadium on October 11.
Minister for Panchayat Raj K T Rama Rao said some 30,000 party activists would attend the plenary. The venue of the plenary would be named after Telangana ideologue late Prof. Jayashankar.
He said the plenary was being held to make the party and the government stronger. KTR also hinted at the possibility of several people from other parties joining the pink party on the occasion.
The people are eagerly awaiting some concrete action from KCR, who has promised to deliver goods with effect from Dasara. Except opening toddy shops, no scheme was grounded till date after Dasara.
