Union Minister for Civil Aviation, P Ashok Gajapathi Raju declared that fifty low-cost airports would be developed across the country.
Three of them would be in Andhra Pradesh in the cities of Tirupathi, Kadapa and Vijayawada.
One airport would be developed in Warangal in Telangana.
Apart from this there would also be twenty seven helipads developed across the nation.
Andhra Pradesh would get two: at Ravva and Gadimogga. No helipad has been earmarked for Telangana and one can be sure that the T-people would get ready with a fresh bout of noise over this issue.
