Remember SS Rajamouli's movie 'Sye' in which students led by Nithiin and Shashank fight a rugby match with the villain Bhikshu Yadav and his men to protect their college from being taken over by the latter?
It’s a similar scenario in Telangana to day with the students and staff of OU up in arms against KCR and his decision to take over 11 acres of Osmania University.
Now obviously, KCR is not stupid enough to be playing a rugby match or a cricket match with the students to decide the issue but one thing is clear though.
He is a far more dangerous opponent to OU than Bhikshu Yadav was to the students in ‘Sye’.
Who will win this battle? The students or KCR? There is a song in the Bapu movie ‘Mr. Pellam’. It goes like this: ‘Mummy poyi daddy vacche daam daam daam’ (Mummy’s left and replaced by Daddy).
For the students of OU, the Andhras were the villains yesterday, today it is their very own KCR. The cycle goes on!
