Sycophancy At Its Peak In Naidu Regime!

Sycophancy At Its Peak In Naidu Regime!

We have seen how political sycophants are trying to pamper Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao by putting up posters near camp office demanding that he be given Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian honour in the country, for his outstanding contribution to Telangana.

Well, there are biggest sycophants in the neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, who have displayed their utmost loyalty to chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu even in setting up of question papers.

The authorities of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, are so obsessed with Naidu and his family that they created their own companies for the family on paper while setting up the question papers for computer science graduates.

One of the questions in the examination paper of Managerial Economics and Financial Analysis has stumped the engineering students. It read like this:

“Identify the recording process of journal entry in a systematic manner. The questions were: Business commenced with cash Rs 5 lakh deposited in Lokesh Bank Limited (Rs 3 lakh); Goods purchased from Heritage Limited (Rs 25 lakh); Sold goods to Brahmini Limited (Rs 45 lakh); Received a bank cheque from Brahmini Ltd (Rs 30 lakh); Paid to Heritage Limited (Rs 20 lakh) and Paid to Office Expenses (Rs 1 lakh).”

This was brought to light by a local English daily, much to the amusement of the readers who wondered why the university authorities had so much fascination for the chief minister’s family. Though the authorities tried to defend themselves saying “it was asked just to make the question paper lively,” it clearly showed their sycophancy.

A journalist commented: “Thank god, the authorities did not ask questions on Devansh’s weight at the time of birth, body-mass index of Lokesh, or the dowry given by Balakrishna to Lokesh and what is the health condition of Nara Rammurthy Naidu.”
