There has been a lot of discussion regarding ex minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy’s exit from Congress. Of course, the suspense continues though many believe that he might soon jump into TRS.
In fact, a few days back, when Komatireddy Venkata reddy met up with KCR, there were rumours that his entry into TRS was more or less confirmed.
On his part, Komatireddy has also been making pro-KCR statements at various public forums. Naturally, this has resulted to various versions doing rounds in political circles.
While the internal fights within the Telangana Congress are one reason for Komatireddy’s exit, it is being said that another strong reason is to protect the financial interests and contracts of Komatireddy brothers.
Meanwhile, there have been reports in media that Komatireddy has asked the Congress High Command to give him the PCC post in Telangana.
If denied the same, he is said to have told them that he will be quitting party after the forthcoming Assembly sessions. However, it remains to be seen in Komatireddy will be given the post as he has been speaking positively about the TRS consistently.
