Prostrate Before Naidu's Feet!

“Instead of falling on the feet of Union Minister Jairam Ramesh, the Telugu Desam Party leaders should prostrate before their party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu to keep the State united”, advised YSR Congress Party leader Shoba Nagi Reddy.

Speaking to the media here on Friday, Shoba said the TDP chief should take back his letter, which he had given to the Centre in support of Telangana State.

She alleged that the TDP MPs were enacting dramas in Parliament on bifurcation of the State.

The people of the State would not believe the TDP on the issue of Telangana Statehood, she added.

Alleging that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was being orchestrated by the Centre on State bifurcation issue, Shobha said it would be of no use even if Kiran Kumar Reddy resigned from his post.

The present situation would not have arisen had Kiran resigned to his post on the day the Congress Working Committee (CWC) took decision on Telangana Statehood, she opined.

Reminding that the TDP leaders from Seemandhra caught the feet of Union minister Jairam Ramesh for united Andhra Pradesh, she suggested to the Seemandhra TDP leaders to caught the feet of their party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu requesting him to take back his letter, which was given to the Centre supporting bifurcation of the State.
