Pawan too small for Balayya even to comment!

Pawan too small for Balayya even to comment!

Power star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan has virtually set the political arena in Andhra Pradesh on fire with his pungent comments against Telugu Desam Party and its president N Chandrababu Naidu, besides his son Lokesh, during his public meeting at Guntur on Wednesday.

His comments created tremors in the TDP so much so that Naidu himself had to discuss the fall out of Jana Sena in the teleconference with the party leaders and give a lengthy explanation in the Legislative council on Friday.

However, Naidu’s brother-in-law, Hindupur MLA and senior actor Nandamuri Balakrishna cared a damn for Pawan Kalyan’s comments.

On Saturday, when Balakrishna came to Hindupur to participate in some developmental works, media persons asked him about Pawan Kalyan’s latest outburst against the TDP and particularly his son-in-law Lokesh.

Balakrishna tried to laugh it off, but when media insisted on his comments, he simply said: “No comments. I don’t want to make him a star hero by commenting on his comments.” And giving a pause, Balayya proclaimed: “We are the superstars.”

A few days ago, too, Balakrishna refused to acknowledge the presence of Pawan Kalyan, though the latter is also a very popular star in Telugu film industry and more importantly, brother of mega star Chiranjeevi.

But when media persons asked him about Pawan Kalyan’s intentions to contest from Anantapur in the next elections, Balayya said: “Pawan Kalyan, who? I don’t know who he is.”

Balakrishna has obviously forgotten the fact that Pawan Kalyan had played a major role in the victory of the TDP in 2014 elections. Till recently, he was moving closely with the TDP top leadership. How can such a person become persona non grata within such a short period?

It is sheer arrogance of Balayya!
