Power star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, who has already taken a big break from his West Godavari tour on the pretext of rains and floods, is now likely to extend his break.
According to a party press release, Pawan underwent surgery to his eye for a second time on Thursday at Centre for Sight Eye Hospital, Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
“He has been suffering from an eye infection for the last few months. He had undergone surgery a month ago but due to lack of rest, the eye infection got severe and hence, surgery was needed again,” the press release said.
The surgery was done by eye-specialist Dr Santosh G Honavar and supervised by Dr GVS Prasad.
“As per doctors’ advice, doctors suggested Pawan Kalyan to take proper rest after the today’s surgery,” the press release said.
It would mean the Jana Sena Party will not give darshan to his party leaders and workers for some more time.
In any case, he does not want to tour West Godavari district again till the flood water recedes, rescue operations are completed and normalcy is restored.
May be he will take another break, if heavy rains occur in the district again!
