It appears as if the bad run of Nimmagadda Prasad is continuing unabated. Prasad and his wife Asha have filed for divorce by mutual consent at a family court in Hyderabad.
Prasad was earlier married to Aruna from whom he separated some years ago.
Prasad is currently out on bail as he is also one of the prime accused in Jagan’s ‘quid pro quo’ investments case of Jagan.
Known to be extremely close to Jagan, Prasad is also a very good friend of actor Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi and they are all partners in MAA TV.
Prasad shot into the limelight when he sold his pharma company ‘Matrix’ for a whopping price to a foreign player making him an overnight billionaire.
Since then, he has been one of the most sought after, influential businessmen on the circuit before being jailed.
