Naidu Govt Created 5 Lakh Jobs? Show Me One?

Opposition parties might make any number of allegations without evidences, but the ruling party has to be very careful before taking tall claims, because they can be easily exposed.

Telugu Desam Party general secretary and IT minister Nara Lokesh has experienced this bare truth at Kurnool on Friday.

Addressing a public gathering, Lokesh made a claim that Rayalaseema had developed a lot industrially after the TDP came to power in 2014 and the recently established South Korean automobile company Kia Motors in Kurnool had provided jobs to five lakh unemployed youth.

This has surprised the local people. Providing jobs to five lakh unemployed youth is no small achievement, but has it really happened?

A gentleman from the crowd got up and asked Lokesh to show at least one person who got the job because of the so-called industries in Rayalaseema, leave alone Kurnool, in the last three years.

Lokesh was stunned with this challenge. Immediately, the local TDP leaders came to his rescue and tried to shout down the person who challenged the minister. But the man did not relent.

“You cannot anyway ask the minister, because he is your leader. At least let me know the truth and get justice to the people here,” he said.

However, there was no further response from Lokesh. Obviously, he has no evidences to buttress his claim!
