TDP MP from Malkajgiri, Malla Reddy looks all set to jump to the TRS soon. At a function in Malkajgiri constituency to distribute land pattas to beneficiaries of land regularization scheme, Malla Reddy shared the dais with KCR and heaped praise on the latter.
“People of Telangana are lucky to have KCR as the chief minister. After bifurcation, we couldn't have a better chief minister than him. As far as Malkajgiri is concerned, his government has allocated hundreds of crores of rupees for which I am thankful to KCR,” Malla Reddy added.
If Telangana couldn’t have a better CM than KCR, then what is preventing Malla Reddy from joining the TRS? Is it not a direct opinion that KCR is better than Chandrababu? Then why is he in TDP?
Political analysts say that the timing of the remarks of Malla Reddy is also bad as the TDP and TRS are involved in a war of words over the vote-for-cash scandal. In such a heated atmosphere, praising the CM is nothing short of an act of rebellion.
