There is an old saying that an illiterate person is any day better than an educated one. Well, it is said that the illiterate man will always speak his mind unlike the convent-bred breed who cannot think of being in touch with their inner thoughts.
For all their outward support for causes and organizations, the educated are a bunch of scared people who will never speak their minds. Of course, the same was proved once again during Nara Lokesh’s trip to the US.
He has been in the US for quite some time now and he has also toured a lot of places and met a lot of people. But no one, not even a single person from the crowd asked him about land acquisition in capital zone, no one bothered to question him about why government need 15000 acres for Bhogapuram airport.
If all the talk of brain drain is indeed true, then it is only the very intelligent ones who can survive and make a living abroad. But the very educated and intelligent minds sat down to discuss drainage problems, dog and mosquito scare and topped it with praises for Chandra Babu and his able administration.
To put in short, there was no one question that made any sense or a question that concerned the problems facing the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Now, one is not sure if such were the invitees or if only TDP supporters were invited for such meet and greet programmes.
