KTR Counters Naidu On Twitter

Telangana minister for Information Technology K T Rama Rao is very active on twitter. He reacts very quickly on every issue that is brought to his notice. However, he does not take pot shots at his political rivals on twitter, more so on TDP president and AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

On the other hand, Naidu’s son Lokesh does not lose any opportunity to attack Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his TRS party on any issue, though Naidu refrains from making political comments in the social media.

However, on Saturday, KTR gave a sharp reaction to the AP chief minister, who had tweeted about shifting of the state administration to Amaravati on June 29. Naidu said in his twitter account: “Extremely happy as a new chapter begins in the history of Andhra Pradesh as our Govt has started functioning from #Amaravati today.”

KTR retweeted on this: “Sir, Congratulations on the milestone. To expedite justice delivery, isn't it imp that AP has High Court in Amaravati?”

Needless to say, KTR was taking pot shots at Naidu for dodging the issue of creating infrastructure for the High Court in Amaravati.

Of course, Naidu told media that the delay in having the High Court in Amaravati was because he wanted to construct an iconic building for the same and it would take some time.

“Otherwise, it does not take more than three months to construct an iron shed and operate the High Court from there,” he said.
