After a long gap, TJAC Chairman Prof Kodandaram on Tuesday called on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao here.
Though the meeting gave scope to media speculations, Kodandaram met KCR and invited him to attend the marriage of his son to be held on May 1.
Handing over an invitation card for wedding, Kodandaram is said to have asked the TRS supremo to attend the marriage and bless the couple.
What transpired between the duo is not known. However, KCR is learnt to have agreed to attend the wedding.
A section of media has been persistently speculating through news items that both KCR and Kodandaram are at loggerheads on one issue or the other after achieving statehood.
Differences cropped up between the two top leaders after bifurcation of the State though KCR offered him a key post at government level.
Ambiguity is that Kodandaram is reluctant to take any new assignment even if the Chief Minister is ready to offer one.
