KCR's Internal Survey Is Shocking To TRS?

KCR's Internal Survey Is Shocking To TRS?

If the reports doing rounds in a section of media circles are to be believed, a latest survey commissioned by Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao indicated that the party is going to fare very badly if the elections are conducted now.

The survey, supposedly conducted in the month of August, got leaked to the media a couple of days ago.

According to this survey, the TRS would be completely wiped out in at least four erstwhile districts --- Khammam, Adilabad, Nalgonda and Mahbubnagar.

While it retains its domination in Medak and Nizamabad, it would lose some seats in Karimnagar and Warangal districts and would lose heavily in Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts.

While the Congress would pick up to a great extent in majority of areas, the BJP would fare exceedingly well in Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad.

While the TRS would end up with 45 seats, the Congress would be in a slightly better position and the BJP would increase its tally. The TDP would get just one seat and the MIM would retain its strength.

And with regard the Lok Sabha elections, the TRS might not get more than three or four MP seats.

Interestingly, the people are learnt to be more or less okay with KCR as a leader, but they are extremely unhappy with the performance of the MLAs. Hence, the result.

That is precisely why KCR is hurrying up with his welfare and developmental programmes to cover up the areas where the party is getting weaker.

And there is every possibility that he might change the candidates in at least 50 per cent of seats, say sources.
