The much-publicised power-point presentation made by Telangana Rashtra Samithi presentation and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in the Assembly on irrigation projects has virtually divided the Congress party, which is already beleaguered with the rolling of TRS juggernaut in all the recent elections.
While the Congress MLAs boycotted the power point presentation in the Assembly, most of them in private admit that the boycott had done more damage to them than good and they felt that they had lost a golden opportunity to raise questions on the irrigation sector.
Slowly one after the other have started coming out in praising KCR for the excellent presentation.
On Saturday, Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was all praise for KCR for the presentation on irrigation sector.
“I have never seen such a comprehensive analysis on irrigation sector and KCR came out with all answers. It was a great effort,” he said, much to the irritation of other Congress leaders.
Even Andhra Congress leaders are praising KCR like never before. Former Chief Minister Nadendla Bhaskar Rao appreciated that KCR for having a great vision and comprehensive understanding on irrigation sector.
He wrote a letter to KCR stating that the power point presentation was exponential and speaks volumes of the Chief Minister’s foresight.
The former CM opined that KCR was going ahead with proper plans to complete the same. He also appreciated that the TRS Government could address the drinking water problem of the twin cities facing difficult times.
