Strange are the ways of Telugu Desam Party MP from Anantapur J C Diwakar Reddy.
At one time, he makes serious allegations against YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and praises chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his vision and orientation towards development.
On the other, he criticises Naidu with sharp comments and appreciates Jagan’s hard work.
Of late, JC’s comments have given the impression that he is slowly inclining towards Jagan and his party.
“Whether somebody likes it or not, Jagan is our man. He is the son of my close friend Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
I have been watching Jagan right from the childhood and I can take liberty in calling him “vaadu” and “veedu” (that fellow or this fellow). I don’t mind if you say I am supporting Jagan or YSR Congress party,” JC said in a media interview.
The TDP MP went on to say that Jagan is the only leader who can give tough fight to Chandrababu Naidu.
“He has the energy and spirit to put up a tough fight. I am able to find a lot of energy in him. However, the only defect in Jagan is that he is desperate to become the chief minister, while Naidu has the will power and commitment to the development of the state,” JC said.
He said he would be the first person to feel happy if Jagan becomes the chief minister.
“But it remains to be seen how far he would get the mandate of the people,” JC added.
