Telugu Desam Party MP from Anantapur J C Diwakar Reddy is a strange politician. Known for calling a spade a spade, JC does not mince words when it comes to making comments on any political party, including his own party and its president N Chandrababu Naidu.
On Saturday. JC declared that there would be no change in political scenario in the state after 2019 general elections.
“Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance will retain power at the Centre and Narendra Modi will become Prime Minister again,” he said.
Back home, he said the TDP would also manage to form the government in the state for the second successive time in Andhra Pradesh and in Telangana, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi led by K Chandrasekhar Rao also would come to power again.
Well, anybody can make political predictions in a democracy, but it is difficult to read the people’s mind. Leaders can fool some people sometimes but they cannot fool all the people all the times.
If predictions can decide the fate of the democracy, there is no need for any elections. So, it is better to wait patiently till the people give their mandate in 2019!
