Jagan Hits Out At KCR, Says His 'Infatuation' Led To Bypoll!

YSRCP chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy who started his maiden election campaign in Telangana State on Monday for Warangal Lok Sabha by-poll, received overwhelming response from the party cadre and people.

Jagan lashed out at Telangana Chief Minister KvChandrasekhar for forcing a byelection on people unnecessarily saying that the 'infatuation' of KCR has brought this byelection.

Jagan said just for the sake of giving minister post to Kadiam Srihari, who is an MP, KCR had forced by-election on people which was totally unwarranted and called for.

"If KCR really wanted to give a minister post to a dalit after Deputy CM Rajaiah was sacked from the cabinet, he could have given to one of the two dalit MLAs of TRS. But he made Srihari to resign for Lok Sabha seat, made him minister and nominated as an MLC. This shows that KCR had infatuation for someone, which resulted in bypoll," he remarked.

Jagan said he would have felt happy had KCR brought byelection to protest the failure of the government in giving special package to Telangana by making his MP resign.

"But KCR's infatuation has brought this election. When TRS leaders come to you seeking votes, you should take them to task asking him is this the correct reason to bring a byelection," he urged.

Recollecting the welfare schemes implemented by YSR, he said, "YSR implemented welfare schemes for the benefit of every poor person in the state. It's for this reason he still remains in the heart of all Telugus, irrespective of Andhra or Telangana. Many CMs came and gone after YSR, but no one could remain in the hearts of people like YSR".

Jagan also came down heavily on the failure of the TRS governement in clearing the fee reimbursement and scholarship arrears of students, distribution of 3-acres land to dalits and construction of 2BHK houses for poor etc.
