It's A Chillar Survey, Says TDP

The survey conducted by the so-called agency Centre for Psephology Studies and telecast by TV9 stating that the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi headed by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would get 109 out of 119 seats in the assembly if mid-term polls are held in Telangana now, absolutely lacks any credibility.

This was stated by Telangana Telugu Desam Party working president and Kodangal MLA A Revanth Reddy on Saturday.

“It is a chillar and stupid survey conducted at the behest of the TRS. The Centre for Psephology Studies is a pocket agency of KCR and he should stop such cheap gimmicks to divert the people’s attention from the real issues,” he said.

Revanth challenged that the TRS government conduct a people’s ballot in all the constituencies on issues concerning them in a transparent and open manner.

“The ballot should be conducted on the election promises made by the TRS and their implementation. We are ready for any place, whether it is CM’s camp office or the Telangana Bhavan,” he said.

The TDP leader also challenged the chief minister to ask the defected MLAs to resign and get them re-elected in the by-elections.

“Let us see who will win these elections,” Revanth said.
