Who is funding Pawan Kalyan’s tours in the State? Some time ago, speaking to his cadre, Pawan Kalyan said that it was a fact that elections were a costly affair and Jana Sena as of now did not have the required funds to fight the election.
“But when the election time comes, the funds will come of their own accord,” said Pawan Kalyan.
In the interim period though, quit a lot of money is needed for Pawan’s meetings and campaigns. Who is sponsoring these trips and meetings?
One influential person could be Thota Chandrasekhar who has recently taken over 99 TV and is now promoting Pawan in a big manner on that TV to anyone who watches it. But still, his financial strength alone is barely sufficient.
Recent speculation in political circles is that mega star is funding the power star. Another event also lends credence to this speculation.
Out of the blue, recently, Chandrababu Naidu took the name of Chiranjeevi. He said Chiranjeevi was silent during bifurcation and subsequently became inactive.
‘I think he is in the Congress now,” ridiculed Chandrababu. Why did the Chief Minister take the name of politically inactive Chiranjeevi all of a sudden?
Is it because Chiru is not politically ‘inactive’ as everyone believes but promoting Pawan Kalyan behind the scenes? That would explain the funding for Pawan and why Chandrababu took his name.
But Chandrababu accusing Chiru of being silent during bifurcation is not proper because Naidu himself gave a letter in support of bifurcation whereas Chiru at least took a definite stand and supported Samaikhyandhra
So, the Chief Minister’s accusation is uncalled for although the truth regarding the funding behind Pawan’s campaigns is best known to the power star himself.
