The leakage of news on Telangana Rajya Sabha member K Kesava Rao’s nexus with Goldstone Prasad to select media houses is said to have come from the office of none other than chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
For the last two days, Andhra Jyothy, Eenadu and Sakshi have been carrying news about the land dealings of Kesava Rao and his family at Shamshabad and Ibrahimpatnam.
It was rather surprising as to how these media houses have got the same news only about Kesava Rao family. So, definitely it was a leak from a common source.
Inquiries revealed that the leak has come from CMO sources. Apparently, the top bosses in the TRS are not happy with Kesava Rao, who have been allegedly making negative comments against KCR and his family among his close circles.
He is not happy with the way KCR has been treating him, despite his loyalty to the TRS leadership. May be, Kesava Rao is trying to restore his links with the Congress high command.
So, in a bid to silence Kesava Rao, the party leadership is said to have leaked the news about Kesava Rao’s land dealings with Goldstone Prasad, the main accused in the multi-crore Miyapur land scam.
Though there are many other TRS leaders who are involved in the scam, their names will not come out, as KCR would use them to blackmail these leaders, say party sources.
