Congress Party In-Charge for Andhra Pradesh is busy meeting leaders and requesting them to return to the party fold.
For Congress, without any big names, it becomes an identity crisis and it is highly doubtful whether the party will be able to improve over its 2014 performance in 2019 at least.
Against this backdrop, Omen Chandy remarked in Nellore that the Congress party was regaining its strength and no party will be able to form the government in Andhra Pradesh in 2019 without the support of Congress party.
Now, surely, this has got to be the biggest joke of the year. It is understandable if someone such as Pawan Kalyan makes this statement because he has his community vote bank behind him and it was proven in 2014.
But Congress with zero seats in 2014 saying that it will be a major factor in 2019? Oh my god, Chandy! You got to be kidding.
