Don't Imitate KCR, JC Tells Naidu!

The Centre has to consider giving adequate funds to residual State of Andhra Pradesh, Telugu Desam MP, JC Diwakar Reddy said.

The former Congress minister said that the State is facing a lot of problems post bifurcation and the Centre should come to its rescue. However, he was not happy with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for imitating his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao on fitment, schemes, sops to farmers or others.

He said he had opposed Naidu for offering 43 per cent fitment. Since Telangana Government has abundant resources and funds, it could give sops to its employees and announce number of schemes and projects and not the AP Government, he felt.

“I have openly informed this to Naidu who patiently heard and is ready to take on the issues,” he said.

He objected leader of Opposition, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for pulling up the government on Pattiseema project. Instead of a direct talk, Jagan tried to corner the government on this issue which will provide safe drinking water to entire Rayalaseema region.

“I am happy now for not being an MLA in the house, which  witnessed brawl and abusive words,” he said.

On AICC deputy chief Rahul Gandhi, JC expressed surprise as to why he cannot marry. Rahul is reluctant to get married as it will ultimately result in giving birth to children, he ridiculed.
