Despite being pulled up a number of times by Chandrababu Naidu for his ruffian-like behaviour, there has been no change in TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar.
And the sad part is that emboldened by Naidu not taking any action against him, Chintamaneni continues to target Opposition party leaders merely to stay in the good books of Naidu.
On Saturday, Chintamaneni threw a fresh challenge to Pawan Kalyan to defeat him in the next elections. He then said that Chiranjeevi had collected money from Kapus for Praja Rajyam and ditched them completely. So far, so good.
But then, he made an utterly foolish statement saying that Chiranjeevi was responsible for the bifurcation of the State.
During the T-agitation, Chiranjeevi took a stand for Samaikhyandhra and lost his two MLAs in Telangana.
Arguably, Chiru sold Party tickets and then later made money by merging his Party with the Congress. But he was definitely all along for a united Andhra Pradesh as was Pawan Kalyan.
Who was it who gave a letter in support of bifurcation? Who was it who came out and asked for money for a new capital after bifurcation was announced instead of agitating against the decision?
The answers to such questions are beyond the intellect of yellow folk like Chintamaneni.
