First, KCR says with that Telangana is the only surplus state in the country after Gujarat as if he had something to do with its development, then some months later comes the shocking assertion from the TRS government that the finances of the new state were in a bad shape.
On this pretext, they accuse the center of step-motherly treatment towards Telangana. And now, yesterday, the finance minister of Telangana, Etela Rajender says after a review meeting said that the state has recorded a good growth rate of 18% in terms of revenue collection.
For god’s sake, can’t these people stick to a single view point as regards the financial health of Telangana?
One day they say, they are the richest in the nation, the next day they claim bankruptcy and now again, they are projecting a rosy picture. Wonder whether they know what they are dealing with!
