Bound To KCR, Not The Constitution

When a group of T-TDP MLA's went to meet the governor to complain against Talasani Srinivas Yadav's continuance as a Minister, the Governor told them that he was bound by the Constitution.

This is totally a rubbish statement for his actions or inaction for that matter is resulting in making a mockery of the constitution which is the safeguard of democracy in the country.

The Governor is witness to a TDP MLA defecting to the TRS; he has not even sent a resignation letter to the Speaker although he falsely claims to have done so and is made a minister by KCR even though technically, he is a TDP MLA.

When the resignation letter itself has not been sent to the Speaker how has the TRS and the Speaker been claiming all along that the onus lies on the speaker to accept the resignation of Yadav? And why did the Speaker himself not clarify earlier that he received no such letter?

Why did it require an RTI plea to ferret out the truth? And the Governor’s response is that he is bound by the Constitution?

What provisions are there in the Constitution to permit such gross violations of democracy? The Governor seems to be bound to KCR, not the constitution.
