BJP Says No Section 8 In Hyderabad

Its celebration time for the T-gang as the BJP has clarified in Parliament that it cannot direct the Governor to enforce section 8 in Hyderabad.

TDP MP Muttamsetti Srinivas asked the Union government in Parliament on the steps being taken to implement section 8 in Hyderabad.

To this, the response was given that there was no provision in the AP Reorganization Act to issue guidelines for implementation of section 8. This should finally put the lid on the issue.

And the BJP need not worry about any backlash from Naidu & Co. The politicians of AP will not respond even if spat on their faces. Numerous incidents have already proved this. They will not put up even the pretense of a fight in the interests of the State.

The safety and well-being of 60 lakh Seemandhra people in Hyderabad is at stake. KCR and the Telanganites continue to use derogatory language against them and create an atmosphere of high uncertainty.

If the governments both Central and State cannot assure them of protection by having an independent arbiter in charge of law and order, the only way out for them is to take care of their own safety. They should prepare themselves on a war footing for any eventuality.
