Bihar impact: TDP in 'second thoughts' over tie-up with BJP in GHMC polls!

The humiliating defeat suffered by BJP-led NDA in Bihar Assembly polls seems to be forcing TDP to give 'second thoughts' on sailing with BJP in the ensuing GHMC elections.

TDP leaders feel that Bihar results proved beyond doubt that Narendra Modi's image has been dented and it will only get worsen in the coming days and it is not safe to go along with BJP in the crucial GHMC polls.

TDP leader analyse that BJP has been facing severe anti-incumbency wave mostly due to rising prices of all essential commodities besides its plans to withdraw LPG subsidy to people based on their income-levels which led to severe resentment among middle and lower-middle class and voters in GHMC limits too are ready to teach BJP a befitting lession in elections.

TDP leaders opine that if the party contests on its own, it could overcome the anti-incumbency of BJP and are confident that lakhs of Seemandhra voters in GHMC limits would vote for TDP ensuing its easy victory.

TDP leaders hope that TRS too is facing severe anti-incumbency wave within 17 months of its rule and it would yield good results for TDP in GHMC polls.
